Kundalini Tantric Information

It is common in the West to equate Tantra strictly with sex, but in actuality it is a spiritual science more concerned with individual consciousness than copulation. The act of moving one's Kundalini energy is an adventure and an inward bound experience.

Many people who come to see me unconsciously constrict their Chakras, preventing themselves from feeling their bodies. People who tighten their muscles isometrically and block their emotional feelings during orgasm will be inhibiting the flow of Kundalini energy.

Here you learn to allow the body to move on the massage table, while I help you facilitate energy flow; one's duty is only to surrender and feel pleasure. The abundance of sealed life force pranic energy, dormant Kundalini is safely channeled and processed. The gates of your body can be righteously opened, expressed with a full body vibrational movement.

The session will explore and resolve energy blockages that are interfering with your health and ability to feel pleasure. The work will help you define your container and ability to move energy within it. Cellular breathing and core body mobilization can be useful in releasing tension in the body, permitting you to feel greater pleasure and relaxation.

There is a focus on doing or exploring  core movement patterns (kriyas) on the table. Chakras are the containers of core energy. Each Chakra can be awakened and re-balanced for the ultimate experience.

  

Three Yogic Pleasure Spots

These three yogic pleasure spots generate intense pleasure in the body, when you learn to contract and relax your buttock muscles, sphincter, perineum, and the entire pelvic and hip regions in connection with the breath, then you are truly doing Tantra. Holding and releasing these three spots in a rhythmic, syntax pattern requires practice and supervision. If you do any of these exercises on your own, you will have to take sole responsibility. Remember, karma is a bitch...

(1) Vajroli Mudra (erectile pleasure function): The point of contraction lies in rear part of penis and stimulates the genitals with prana activated blood. Vajroli is simply the constriction of the urethral muscles in the lingam, the same muscles used to cut off the flow of urine. This mudra strongly influences the nadis that supply the sex organs with Kundalini energy.

(2) Moola-Bandha (pre-cum pleasure function): The point of contraction in this exercise lies in the perineum, located between urinary organ (penis) and excretory organ (anus) about one or so inches inside the rectum. Tightening and flexing of the perineum area fires up the Kundalini, and leads to a most  powerful awakening of the first and second ckakras, making you feel more grounded and supported.

(3) Ashwini Mudra (anal pleasure function): The point of contraction is anal muscles. The practice is so-called because the anal contraction resembles the movement a horse makes with its sphincter immediately after evacuation of the bowels. This is a very powerful technique to pump the energy up through the third chakra. This practice strengthens' the anal muscles, adding to you're mojo Kundalini power when core movement is added.

Here is the spinal snake arching before you, displaying flexibility and strength. Convexly, the body exercise's lift and expansion of the chest and ribs, and forward tilting of the pelvis. The stomach is firm. Rib-cage is open, and the arms and eyes are relaxed. The cobra breath will excite and pleasure your spirit, as it wave's the body.

The total orgasmic wave cycle includes an up and down motion, especially when we are talking about Tantra. Yet many people as they get older, more often move from a spinal flex position, limiting their range of motion which causes less pleasure, and soft tissue and joint stiffness. A fuller range of motion is called upon for better health.

Spinal waving has to do with moving your spine in a S like pattern, similar to the movement of a slinky toy. The neck (cervical lordosis) and the lower back (lumbar lordosis) can bend and synchronize together, causing the torso and pelvis to move in a fucking motion manner. I use massage and bodywork on the neck, shoulders, back, and hips to release the core muscles of the torso and pelvis for the purpose of shifting the habitual paradigm from a masturbation mode to a fucking mode of operation. In doing so, the body decompresses and expands; as such, increasing it's ability to feel pleasure and vitality.

There are three areas in the mind-body arena where the reins are pulled most tightly by the entrenchment of ego's defenses: the scalenes (head-neck), the diaphragm (chest-belly), and the iliopsoas (kidneys-pelvis) segments. Spinal Waving resembles Michael Jackson's body doing the "Moon Walk Dance" or Elvis Presley moving his body in a rock and roll manner. Both men exhibited much vitality and sexuality in their dance, delivering powerful performances. You too can enjoy greater corporal pleasure by simply taking the brakes off and permitting your Kundalini energy, libido to move.

Pelvic Thrusting - Anterior Tilt - Arched Back

The pelvic thrusting and recoiling is a coordinated forward and back hip and lower back motion used in sexual play or dance as in the bump and grind. One of the first to perform this movement pattern on stage was Elvis Presley, which was at the time quite controversial.

Pelvic thrusting & recoiling seems natural enough, yet many adults have difficulty moving, because of hip and lower back stiffness. Table yoga is very helpful in loosening up the spine and extremities. My work is specially designed to awaken the Kundalini energy at the base of the spine for the perfect enlightened sensual experience.

Many people over 40 years of age have become numb, comatose within their Chakra system. They hold or pause the breath and tighten almost the whole body during orgasm, especially their jaw, upper back, and buttock; such, leaving one with very little energy for genital pleasure.

I use biofeedback and yoga coaching techniques, and  massage to improve your multi-orgasmic understanding. The key lies in total activation and release of the first and second Chakras, permitting gyrational movement patterns to take place around the hip and lower back regions.

 

Working the Container: Kundalini Tantric Table Yoga

Kundalini energy flows when you create a safe container. Yoga creates this container on two basic levels: the subtle channels and the gross vessels. Chakras are subtle locations where Western organs or structures exist in there gross state. I work with both anatomies at the same time. Eastern is more psychic, while Western is more corporal. Remember, it is the mind that controls the body. The soft-ware in your brain has to be adjusted along with the hard drive or hard-ware in your body.

The Kundalini can follow the spine when activated, if the orgasmic wave is allowed to move. Good sexual release and higher consciousness (divine bliss) is based on learning to let go of the Chakras, etheric wheels.


General health and sexual fitness is determined by your ability to tilt the pelvis and curve the spine. Most civilized adults have lost the feeling and/or too stiff to tilt their pelvis back and forth, and bend their spine. Sitting most of the day in one position on a chair will do it.

A healthy pelvis and spine needs to move! Core movements stimulate and balance your Jing energy flow (mojo). Curling up, rounding the lower back (kyphosis) creates a backward/posterior tilt and arching the lower back (lordosis) creates a forward/anterior tilt. The oscillation back and forth of the spine and hips is called 'mojo fucking.' The key to performing this motion is letting-go of the upper torso and lowering one's center of gravity.

A flexible/agile core body can hold and accumulate more warm energy (mojo) when it can move forward and backwards as in the picture above and below. The function here is allowing the kidney area of the back (Jing energy) to relax while activating the core muscles of the lower body and pelvis. If this is not possible, please come in for a needed Tantric treatment where you can nourish your vital principle.

Orifice Breathing & Expression

Kriyas are automatic movements, vocalizations or actions that are part of the process of Kundalini clearing. Spontaneous yoga postures, twitching and shaking are good ways of releasing energy blockages that are stuck in the body. Kriyas most often occur when the body's instinctive guidance or innate intelligence is responding to the work. The process is about learning to move and channel the Kundalini energy, so that you can contain and experience a full body orgasmic pulsation/wave.

Many people actually hold their breath upon the beginning of their orgasmic flow. This constricts the energy body and can be a way to unconsciously attempt to not lose control into the bigger energy feeling. Holding the breath, tightening the stomach, buttock and leg muscles, and tensing the upper body upon orgasm is restricting the orgasm from being felt fully in the body. Mouth breathing can sometimes help release the defense mechanism of control, letting go orally by moving the tongue and lips. TMJ disorder can be minimized by doing orifice breathing with massage.

Tantra practice shows you with breath awareness how you can oxygenate the body and build more natural Qi/Prana flow. This energizes the body instead of depleting it. Adding sound toning naturally opens the throat and as the throat opens and relaxes, the body follows. A slower and more conscious movement pattern adds to a more loving release and greater health benefits to your Tantric experience. 

Relaxing into a natural state of being is only possible when you are willing to let go of control. The key is allowing the body to move without having the brakes on all the time. This is where you need a teacher to guide and show you the way.

 

Adam's Apple: A Gateway between the Big Head and the Little Head

Adam's apple
: A familiar anatomic feature in the front of the neck that is due to the forward protrusion of the thyroid cartilage.

The Adam's apple represents to me a strong yang (male) character. A well exercise Adam’s apple is handsome. The act of extending the head; exposes the sensuality of the neck, adding beauty and strength to your body language.

The throat chakra is a very powerful place for starting the S - wave spinal pattern with the lower chakras. Spinal waving enacts the fucking motion with oral-anal release. A total orgasm comes from the whole body, not just the penis!

The neck connects the big head all the way down to the little head for the total release. Tight neck, shoulder, and upper back muscles can interfere with this response. Massage and body mobilization can certainly help.

As we open up this center during the session, we can free up your creative potentiality. The greater our expansion within, the greater the power of our orgasms.

An orgasm without sound is unhealthy. An orgasm without movement is uneventful. An orgasm without pre-cum is over before it starts. A good orgasm is full body, a systemic expansion of the whole self. It might start in the mind, but it finishes in the body.
